If you have have updated our support team with the IP addresses you access the new portal from, there is nothing further required from you.
If you are encountering an error or having issues accessing the new provisioning portal your IP is not yet been added to the access list. Please provide the list of public IP addresses you will need to have access to this new portal to our support team email address: support@inteliquent.com.
If you are unsure what that IP address is, you can navigate to http:/ip.mr.net/ and send an email to our support team with the IP address provided from the web page.
Please try to send a consolidated list of IPs that you will need to have access to this new site. We do work to load the IPs provided as quickly as possible, but a consolidated list within one email will help the process move along quicker for you.
