Maintenance ID: 2885

Description: Sinch engineers will be updating the ANPI config template for GS HT80x devices. The %P4560% and %P4561% tags are being added to assist consultative transfer function. The Grandstream HT801 and HT802 devices in ANPI will reboot when this update is pushed out, unless there is an active call up. If there is an active call, the device will wait until the active call is finished before rebooting.

Impact: Once active calls complete, the updated Grandstream HT801 and HT802 devices will reboot, which will prevent new calls until reboot completes (approximately 1-2 minutes).

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Sinch takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
