Description: Sinch engineers will be performing firmware updates on server pairs in Dallas, Plymouth, and Englewood Central offices. This work is not expected to take the full window.
Impact: There is no expected customer impact, based on redundant architecture, the work being performed, and the method of upgrade. In the unlikely event of a complication, users may see access to ATLAS/CAP portal, and cmd.onvoy.com impacted, as well as direct connections to the ANPI Broadworks backup AS. This would not impact call processing, only limit call treatment changes until restored.
