Maintenance ID: 2883

Description: Sinch engineers will be upgrading firmware on the Dallas SBC cluster. This will be performed on the standby server, and after passing diagnostics then switched to active. Then the new standby will be upgraded. This cluster is also geodiverse, and Plymouth will be worked on a different date, with a separate maint notice.

Impact: there is no expected customer impact. It is unlikely, but possible a very small amount of calls will get hung on the active SBC during switchover and will be dropped.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Sinch takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
