Description: This maint has been scheduled for testing links across the network backbone, and will be shutting down specific backbone circuits to ensure proper failover and recovery time. This work is in response to an incident on 5/12/2025 where some customers reported impact after a backbone circuit experienced brief downtime. The work should be completed in less than an hour, but additional time has been allocated in case it is needed to isolate the issue.
Impact: Voice traffic on any trunk or device that registers may see brief interruptions during the window.
While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Sinch takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
