We are notifying you to advise that due to Hardware chipset changes with Grandstream HT80x devices we are pushing out new firmware in the coming weeks. We are going to be pushing firmware version ht801fw.bin. out on 4/9/23 and then ht801fw.bin. on 4/16/23. In preparation for this maintenance we are requesting that our customer base perform a manual reboot of the unit this week at your convenience. This ensures the units will have the most up to date configuration in place. If you notice any problems with your ATA units, please have the devices rebooted before engaging our support teams.


While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Sinch takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
