Description: Sinch engineers will be switching the active server on the ANPI Enterprise Appservers. There is a low likelihood that a very small amount of active calls will not migrate, and may experience drops, or hold and or transfer issues.
Impact: The ANPI server operation has a low likelihood of a very small amount of active ANPI calls having hold and or transfer issues or being dropped.
While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Sinch takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
