Description: A firmware update will be pushed out to the legacy Voyant and ANPI multiport ATA devices listed below to improve performance:
GXW4216
GXW4224
GXW4248

Impact: Devices will be unavailable for calls (5-10min) while the device reboots. The devices will NOT reboot while there are active phone calls, the device will continue to wait until there are no active calls, and then reboot.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Sinch takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
