Description: As previously mentioned, the legacy DBS CallCenter reports is being phased out. The "Akixi Reporting" link will remain and will be the only option for all CallCenter Reports. We will be rolling out a new Custom CallCenter that will no longer have the legacy "Reporting" link.
Impact: No Expected Customer impact.
