Description: The voice platform is being worked on and will require Polycom model phones to be rebooted. This reboot command will be sent by the platform, no customer action is necessary. Polycom phones will not reboot if on an active call until the call is finished. No other make of phones will be affected.
Impact: Polycom phones will reboot.
