Sinch Service Affecting Notification (Low Probability) -Schedule update

Start Time/Date: 08/25/2025 20:00 Hrs Central
End Time/Date: 09/03/2025 22:00 Hrs Central

Maintenance ID: 2945-bw

Description: Sinch engineers will be taking servers out of the voice production cluster for firmware and security updates. This will happen in multiple stages over the period of 8/25 to 9/03. On 8/25 work will begin by removing a subset of servers from the production cluster between 20:00 Hrs and 22:00 Hrs Central. The cluster is overbuilt for this purpose, the remaining servers will handle production traffic and processes. Those offline servers will be updated and returned to production on the evening of 8/26, where the next subset of servers will then be removed from service.
The next subset of servers will be updated and restored to production the next evening, and so forth.

Impact: There is no expected customer impact.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Sinch takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
