Description: As previously mentioned, the legacy DBS Call Center reports is being phased out. The "Akixi Reporting" link will remain and will be the only option for all Call Center Reports. We will be rolling out a new Custom Call Center that will no longer have the legacy "Reporting" link.

Impact: No Expected Customer impact.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Sinch takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
