Description: We will be upgrading the call recording platform for the Voyant Broadworks customers. This includes the functions that record the calls and the portal for customers to listen to, and download recordings.
During the window the web portal for call recording will not be available, but calls will continue to be recorded. This work was planned for 6/01 however was not performed due to a resource overlap.

Existing recordings will not be lost.

Impact: The web portal for call recording will be unavailable during the window. Any open web browser sessions to the call recording platform will be reset and users will need to log back in.

While it is important to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our service, Voyant takes all necessary precautions to alleviate any inconvenience to our customers.
